It’s a core tenet of the Lobo Hills philosophy: When you make the time to visit our tasting room, you are a guest in our home. That principle extends to hosting your private event in our tasting room. We ensure that when you host your gathering, our venue will offer an inviting and appealing environment for you and your guests.
Whether it be a fun-loving party with friends, an elegant and sophisticated event to impress clients, a team-building experience or a celebration with those closest to you, we will create a tailored and memorable event in the ideal setting.
Our tasting room - located just 30 minutes from Seattle, in the Warehouse District of Woodinville Wine Country - has a high-end, modern appeal in a polished, industrial locale. The contemporary, industrial space accommodates up to 50 people while also being comfortable for more intimate gatherings.
There is plentiful, free parking, room for live music and a large, glass garage door that opens to allow for the fun to spill outside. The venue is available to rent anytime Monday - Thursday, Fridays after 5:30pm, Saturday & Sundays after 6:00pm.
Our wines have earned multiple awards and recognition. But we are just as pleased with the reviews we receive from people who regularly return to taste our wines as well as the folks who have discovered us for the first time. Our guests universally appreciate that all of our wines are chemical-free and are made to the highest standard.
In addition, we offer a customized wine tasting experience for your event. You and your guests can learn the basics of wine and wine tasting or choose to delve into a more detailed exploration of varietals, regions or styles. We are also quite adept at matching our wines with incredible food and we embrace any opportunity to walk you through a wine and cheese extravaganza.
We have had the good fortune to partner with a number of local, sustainable and organic companies that can provide catering services. We ensure that our partners provide the best quality and exceptional customer service, following Lobo Hills standards. You are also welcome to engage a caterer of your choice or provide your own food to serve.
Event Venue Retail Details
$150/hour plus tax
Three hour minimum for Friday or Saturday evening
Two hour minimum for Sunday - Thursday
Wine purchase minimums:
Up to 20 people - one case
Up to 48 people - two cases
A tasting of four wines for each guest is included in the venue fee. Additional glasses of wine are available for $9 per glass for whites, $12 per glass for reds, $15-$20 per glass for our premium reds.
No hard alcohol is allowed.
Client is welcome to hire a catering company and/or rental company to provide food, plates, utensils and napkins. Caterer responsible for cleaning up all food items and removing trash.
If Lobo Hills hires and coordinates catering company, rental company and/or live music, there will be a 15% surcharge on those invoices.
Lobo Hills will be responsible for all standard tasting room clean-up.
Deposit of 50% of venue rental fee required at booking.
Maximum 50 people.
Lobo Hills staff will serve all alcohol during the event.
